We accept major credit cards through PAYPAL
Personal Checks, Cashier Checks and Money Orders are welcome. Personal Checks may be held 7-10 days to clear our bank before shipping.

Georgia  Residents
Georgia Residents to add 6% Sales Tax or provide Tax ID. If you are using our Paypal Shopping Cart the tax will be included at checkout.


Shipping/ Insurance

All parcels are carefully packed to the best of our ability to arrive safely. We ship using USPS Priority Mail within the United States. Priority Shipping includes Delivery Confirmation and Insurance up to $50.00. Additional Insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer unless specifically requested in writing "No Insurance". Joy's Place.com will not be held responsible for loss or damage on un-insured parcels.
 

UPS Ground
UPS shipping is available for extra large or heavy items and includes $100.00 Please provide your physical address and phone number in the event that  UPS should need to contact you.
 Please contact us before making payment via Paypal so we can adjust your invoice to include any additional shipping cost.





Shipping Schedule
We ship Mondays & Fridays of each week.
Shipping will be closest day after payment has been received and/or cleared Or by the next business day after a holiday.


Return Policy
Refund of your purchase price will be accepted if an item has been misrepresented through error (minus Shipping/Delivery Confirmation and Insurance) . Requests for other returns will be handled on an individual basis.
 I do not refund for buyer's remorse so please do not ask.

**No Refund will be issued on New or Factory Sealed  items that have their packaging and/or seal  broken or have been altered in any way. 
Used or Vintage Media of any kind including CD's, Software Programs, VHS, VCR Tapes, DVD's, Videos, Movies, Music, Books etc., are sold "As IS" and do not qualify for a refund from Joy's Place.com.

Un-Altered, Factory Sealed Package(s) will be eligible for refund once the item has been returned. Refund will not be honored should the original sealed packaging exhibit any tampering or if the item has been altered in any way.

Please email me within 12 hours after receiving your package to request a refund.
Please return the item(s) in the same packaging and condition as when shipped within 12 hours. Refund or credit will be sent promptly upon receipt of unaltered item[s].
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Thank you.

Note

We pride ourselves on packaging each order with care and with more than adequate packing materials to arrive safely. Some of our supplies have been purchased in bulk from many different resources, some have been recycled and may have a musty or smoky odor. We have learned recently, certain bubble wrap and/or Styrofoam peanuts can and often do smell of smoke. We try to use new, odor-free materials when ever possible but on occasion we have to rely on recycled materials. We apologize for any packaging materials you may find offensive.

Return Policy:

You may return an item if it has been misrepresented for a refund of your purchase price.*Shipping fees are Non-Refundable.

No refund will be issued for used or vintage media including CD's, VHS, VCR tapes, DVD's, videos, music, records, books, movies, software programs, etc.. this policy includes Lotions, Parfumes, Perfumes or Cologne's, These items are sold "As IS".

Un-Altered, Factory Sealed items(s) will be eligible for refund after we have been notified of your intent to return the item and upon receipt of the returned item.

The item (s) must be post marked within 2 days of receipt and returned in the same condition, box, packaging, packing materials, and all postage fee's as when shipped to you.
