Shipping Method:
1.) FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON SMALL ORDERS OF $5.00 up to $40.00.
2.) GLOBAL PRIORITY for International Shipping on orders of $40.01 and higher, unless otherwise stated.
3.) GLOBAL EXPRESS AVAILABLE

US Shipping Rates Change from time to time, so please E-mail us if you have any questions or concerns.
We never charge more than what the US Postal Service charge us to ship you package. We will never charge our customers for packing materials, supplies or handling fees.

Customs:
 An Invoice Is Included with all orders. We will not falsify customs forms and appreciate your courtesy in not asking us to do so.

* Buyer will be responsible for any and all fees including Duty fees that may be incurred during transit. The seller will not be held responsible for paying or refunding any shipping or duty fees.

Restrictions:
It is up to the customer to know what is restricted in your country. Please check your countries restrictions and regulations before ordering any items prohibited by your country.
 
Refunds:
No refund will be issued unless the item has been grossly misrepresented.
If you feel the item has been misrepresented, Simply notify us within 12 hours of receipt with your request to return the item. Describe the problem with as much detail as possible. Once we receive the returned item a refund will be give, excluding shipping and any and all fees and/or duty fees you may have incurred which are non-refundable. The Item must be returned in the same manner as it was shipped, including all packaging material and properly wrapped to insure a safe return.
 

Shipping Fee's and Shopping Cart

We generally ship International First Class on small orders ($40.00 or less), Global Priority on larger orders $40.01 or higher. Global Express is available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply to all International Global or Express Shipping.

Please do not use our PayPal Shopping Cart to Check-Out until you have notified us and supplied your shipping information as stated above, and your preferred shipping method. We will then revise your Invoice to show the actual shipping cost to your country and  email you the Invoice, you may then pay for the Item(s) via Paypal at that time.

On orders over $500.00 US Dollars, Please contact us for payment and shipping details.

We pride ourselves on packing each order with care and with more than adequate packing materials to arrive safely.
Some of our packing supplies have been purchased in bulk from many different resources, some have been recycled and may have a musty or smoky odor. We have learned recently, certain bubble wrap and/or Styrofoam peanuts can and often do smell of smoke. We try to use new, odor-free materials when ever possible but on occasion we have to rely on recycled materials. We apologize for any packaging materials you may find offensive as we try to keep our cost down and pass those savings on to you.
